We hope you love your products but if you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below. 

  • Two start a return, please email - to confirm you will be returning your order including order number and name. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. You then have a further 14 days from the date of your returns email for the item to be returned to us. Returns received outside of this timeline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • To be eligible for return the item must be unworn/unused, with all original tags, in its original packaging. Your packing slip for proof of purchase must also be enclosed.
  • Your refund (minus original postage costs) will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the item. 

At present, we are not able to offer free returns. We therefore highly recommend using a tracked postage or courier service as we cannot be responsible for lost items or those damaged in transit back to us.

Please note - we do not accept returns on end of line, sales stock or custom made items.



If you wish to return from outside of the UK please also follow the above instructions. Customers will also need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore are not subject to import tax and duties. This should be marked on the airway bill as well. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we do incur will be deducted from the amount due for a refund. 

*Any credit notes issued, will be valid for 6 months unless otherwise agreed.
