Shipping policy
All items will be sent to the address specified for delivery in your order, and it is therefore essential that this is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions - unless this is caused by our negligence.
UK DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2-3 working days of order, 3-5 for International shipments and you will receive a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
If you need the items sooner than this, there is a next day delivery option (UK only) available at checkout.
On all standard items, shipping is £5.95 and our courier is EVRI.
Next day delivery with DHL is £11.95.
Orders are sent out in recycled paper postage bags, cardboard boxes and sustainable bamboo postage bags. We work hard to ensure all areas of our packaging are ethically and sustainably sourced whilst trying our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
All orders will be sent out standard delivery unless express shipping is chosen.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are pleased to ship overseas to most countries. If your shipping destination does not come up automatically, please contact us on info@maisonmlondon.com and we will be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote.
Please note that any import duties or taxes associated with an international order are the responsibility of the customer.
PRE-ORDERS
In some cases we may have pre-orders for items in high demand. There will be an estimated delivery date on the product description page when you place the order. Due to the hand made nature of our products, this date may be subject to change but we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Any significant changes to the estimated delivery date will be communicated to you via email.
Please note - you will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
